| AFFILIATE BROKER LICENSE APPLICANTS
All applicants for the Affiliate Broker License must have:
* High School diploma Or a GED
* 18 years old.
* 60 hours in Real Estate Fundamentals, approved by
the Tennessee Real Estate Commission.
* 30 hour "Course For New Affiliates, approved by
the Tennessee Real Estate Commission.
* Tennessee State Exam
TREES 60 hour Affiliate Broker Pre-License Course plus the 30 hour “Course For New Affiliates” will meet the education requirement.
The 60 hour "Affiliate Broker Pre-License I & II" and the 30 hour "Course For New Affiliates" may be taken in class or by Home Study Correspondence.
The 60 hour Tennessee Real Estate Principles may be taken
on line.
All affiliate broker licensees must complete 16 hours of approved continuing education every 2 years to renew their license.
The 4 hour TREC CORE COURSE is required by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. The remaining 12 hours are approved elective courses. These may be taken in class, by correspondence or on line computer.
TREES HOME STUDY Correspondence & on line computer courses are a convenient way to meet the 16 hour continuing education requirement. You may do the work at home and at your own pace.
