This is the 7-hour National Uniform Standards of Professional Practice USPAP.The course focuses on changes to USPAP for 2020-21 and on appraisal issues that affect daily appraisal practice. It is revised on a periodic basis to stay current with the latest edition of USPAP.
The 7-Hour USPAP Update course fee includes a free copy of the “7-Hour Course, Student Manual”.

However, the course fee does NOT include a copy of the current “2020-2021, Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP)” book, which is required for course credit. Students must comply with one of the following two options for course completion and course credit:

1. Bring your own copy of the “2020-2021 USPAP” book to the course.

2. Buy the “2020-2021 USPAP” book on the day of the course from the TREES instructor for $79 including sales tax payable by cash, check, or credit card.

TREES Classroom courses are now open and operate under Covid-19 guidelines. We ask that you bring your own mask or face covering to class as well as respect social distancing with other students. There will be daily, “touchless" temperature checks and tables and chairs are cleaned at the end of each day. If you feel sick, we ask you to not attend class. You can make up any missed time in future classes at no charge. Thank you for your cooperation and patience.
