This is the required Real Estate Fundamentals or Prelicense course all state Real Estate license applicants must complete in order to be qualified to take the Tennessee Real Estate (Affiliate Broker) license examination.

TREES 60-Hour Prelicense course is the "how do I get my real estate license" course. TN license law requires all real estate license applicants to take a 60-hours Prelicense course in order to take the real estate license examination.
