Course Description

This course covers construction from site preparation through completion. Red flags that are discernible to agents and appraisers when inspecting a home for listing,sale or valuation.Finally, the course describes how physical and functional issues in houses affect value.

TREES Classroom courses are now open and operate under Covid-19 guidelines. We ask that you bring your own mask or face covering to class as well as respect social distancing with other students. There will be daily, “touchless" temperature checks and tables and chairs are cleaned at the end of each day. If you feel sick, we ask you to not attend class.
