This 60 hour teaches the more technical subjects of home inspection by a licensed Tennessee home inspector. Also included in this 60-hour section is the 2 valuable onsite field home inspection,report writing.

The other 30-hour section is a home study /book correspondence format, no classroom attendance. This 30-hour section covers the Tennessee Home Inspector License Law as well as valuable home inspection marketing and business planning skills.
