The 7-Hour National USPAP Update course focuses on the requirements for ethical behavior and competent performance by appraisers that are set forth in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) 2024-2025. It is revised on a periodic basis to stay current with the latest edition of USPAP.

This course is a remote instruction course using the Zoom app, so you take the course in the comfort of your home using your computer or tablet but with a live TREES instructor teaching the class!
