The 15-Hour National USPAP course focuses on the requirements for ethical behavior and competent performance by appraisers that are set forth in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice(USPAP)2020-21. It is revised on a periodic basis to stay current with the latest edition of USPAP.

The 15-Hour USPAP course fee includes a free copy of the “15-Hour Course, Student Manual”.

However, the course fee does NOT include a copy of the current “2020-2021, Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP)” book, which is required for course credit. Students must comply with one of the following two options for course completion and course credit:

1. Bring your own copy of the “2020-2021 USPAP” book to the course.

2. Buy the “2020-2021 USPAP” book on the day of the course from the TREES instructor for $79 including sales tax payable by cash, check, or credit card.

TREES Classroom courses are now open and operate under Covid-19 guidelines. We ask that you bring your own mask or face covering to class as well as respect social distancing with other students. There will be daily, “touchless" temperature checks and tables and chairs are cleaned at the end of each day. If you feel sick, we ask you to not attend class. You can make up any missed time in future classes at no charge. Thank you for your cooperation and patience.
