Course Description

The VLS/STR prelicense course includes the scope of VLS/STR requirements to become a Designated Agent and the responsibilities of a Designated Agent. Also covered in the course are the Firm license procedures and the elements of the VLS/STR business.

At the conclusion of the 1-day VLS/STR course, the student has then met the educational requirements for the issuance of the Vacation Lodging Service VLS (Short term Rental STR) license by the TN Real Estate Commission. There is no course final examination and no state license examination requirements for license issuance.(This is not a CE course.)

Class Description

This course is a remote instruction course using the Zoom app, so you take the course in the comfort of your home using your computer or tablet but with a live TREES instructor teaching the class!
