TREES Prelicense Classroom weekday course is taught in only 10 days, Monday – Friday for 2 weeks. Weekend prelicense class is taught over 4 weekends and Night prelicense is taught three nights per week over 5 weeks. Classes are taught by experienced, TN Real Estate Commission-approved, licensed broker instructors who make the class fun and easy to understand real estate fundamental concepts.
