The TREES 1-Day Zoom Prelicense VLS/STR course is taught by a TN Real Estate Commission approved instructor.

At the end of this 1-Day Vacation Lodging Services (Short Term Rental) course, the student has met the educational requirements for the issuance of the VLS/STR license by the TN Real Estate Commission. There is no course final examination and no state license examination requirements for license issuance.
