In the past, Bob had taught TREES real estate classes and now is the senior instructor for TREES home inspection division, American Academy of Home Inspection, AAOHI. Bob is a licensed Tennessee home inspectorsand although not active, he was a licensed Tennessee General Contractor with electrical and plumbing endorsements. He also owned a construction company in Sevier County.

His background in real estate, construction and home inspection gives Bob the ability to view the home inspection process from the eyes of the real estate agent, contractor and home inspector.
