Bill is Cofounder, President and Owner of TREES, Inc.  He has a BS Engineering & Masters of Business Administration, MBA, from Auburn University.

He has over 47 years of experience in real estate and holds a Tennessee Real Estate Broker License and Tennessee Instructor's License  

Bill is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Realtors association and served on various state committees.  Also a member of various local Associations of Realtors.  He is a member of REEA & REBAC.

Bill has authored over 50 real estate courses and articles.  He is a member of Presbyterian Church PCA, member of Gideons International, Salvation Army Advisory Council, Kenya Island Base Advisory Board.

He and his wife, Shirley. have been married over 40 years and reside with their papillon dog, Windy, in Gatlinburg
