Ellis Gardner is a dual graduate from TREES (TN Real Estate Education Systems) achieving his Affiliate license in 2000 and his Broker’s license in 2006. Education is central to Ellis’ career with a BS in Electrical Engineering (GT 1984) and a variety of real estate designations: CRS, ABR, GRI, SRES and SRS. The most significant of these designations is the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) achieved by less than 3% of Realtors® nationwide. Ellis has led the Tennessee CRS chapter and has been a three-time Regional Vice President for the national council.
As a former “Mr. Mom”, Ellis has been the homemaker for his wife of 35 years, Kathy, and their two children Spencer (26) and Mary (24). When not teaching TREES Night School, you may find Ellis out on the local golf courses talking to clients via Bluetooth between shots.
Ellis is a native to the Chattanooga area with deep local family roots here. In the 1980’s he spent several years in the Midwest and Southwest as a member of the NFL’s Chiefs, Colts and Oilers/Titans. Additionally, Ellis holds a Professional Engineer’s license.
