David is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Business in 1985. In 1993 he became a realtor and an appraiser. Moving to Tennessee in 2005 he upgraded to Certified Residential Appraiser and began teaching for TREES in 2017.

David has been married for 38 years to his lovely wife Cindy and they have 3 sons and 2 granddaughters.

He has also been a minister for churches Of Christ in Virginia, West Virginia and Tennessee since 1983
