Andy began a career in real estate as a personal challenge to start something new and exciting with her life. As a former educator and administrator, she took her experiences with public service, communication expertise, leadership skills, and organizational practices applying them to working with real estate clients. Her background in education prepared her well for the challenges of becoming an entrepreneur and successful Realtor. Andy has a B.A. in Speech and Language Therapy from Middle TN State University, M.A. in Special Education, and ED. S. and E.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from TN State University. As an advocate for teaching truth, developing leaders, and serving children and families Andy is involved with Rutherford Cable, United Way, Kymari House, Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce, Community Bible Studies, and Third Baptist Church. Andy and her husband Eddie are avid readers, hikers, and beach lovers. They have three children, nine grandchildren, two great grands, and a snuggly dog named Bailey. Andy’s mission is “Love like Jesus and Lead with Excellence”.  She now lives out that mission by educating clients on how to build wealth through property ownership and creating customers for life.
